The Greens Condominium was built in 2000.  It is inside the gated community of South Padre Island Golf Club.  It sits across a narrow lake by the 9th hole of the golf course.  It is also directly adjacent to one of three community pools, the tennis and pickleball courts, the clubhouse, the gym, and The Divot restaurant.

 

The condominium itself has 16 units.  12 of these units are 2BR 2BA units and 4 of these units are 3BR 2BA units.  2BR units are approximately 1166 sqft each, and 3BR units are about 1710 sqft each.

There are 4 levels to the condo which is serviced by an elevator.  The ground floor level is the condo parking garage.  Each 2BR unit has 1 assigned parking in the garage.  3BR units are entitled to 2 assigned parking spaces.  There is also a shared carwash bay.
